Terri Wolf / aistheta

  • 2222 Lakeland Avenue Madison, WI, 53704 (map)

Terri creates each unique bird pod through the process of wet felting wool and other natural fibers into a 3 dimensional form. Wool locks, silk, bamboo and flax fibers , as well as small treasures collected on hikes through the woods....add embellishments to make each piece unique. / Nature-inspired handcrafted jewelry in copper, and sometimes sterling silver or brass. Much of Julie’s jewelry is created using a technique known as fold-forming, combined with etching and traditional metalsmith techniques. Stones, beads, found objects, or handmade metal and beaded chains are sometimes included. Each piece of jewelry is a small sculptural piece of wearable art.
